Your family will be delighted by this newly restyled 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury vacation home. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub, and an outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly family vacation home will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available in our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound.
A dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven/stove; refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher; cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, microwave oven, toaster. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap. Guests need to supply their own spices, coffee/tea and food.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with one king size bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with one king size bed, another bedroom with one queen size bed, and one full bathroom.
Guests should bring their own toiletries. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower and 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due date.
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
