This cozy cabin located in the Snowline gated community is pet friendly with a private outdoor hot tub. Now has WIFI and unlimited long distance in the Continental U.S. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up 6-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

The welcoming living room has a Blu-Ray player and CD player with surround sound, and a free-standing gas stove. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The front deck has propane heaters for your enjoyment.
The first floor has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a cute dining area. Appliances include an oven/stove; refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher; cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, microwave oven, toaster. Guests need to supply their own spices, coffee/tea and food.
There is one bedroom on the main floor with one queen size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with a Blu-Ray player, one king bed, and two twin beds.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
